Every day the media tells us about the latest fad diet and nutritional trend. Yet obesity, cancers and autoimmune diseases are on the rise in developed nations. The Cancer Prevention Society in the US says that we have a one in three chance of getting cancer, and by 2020 this could increase to as much as one in two!

We are living longer, but do we really want to live in pain?

Diabetes is growing at an increasing rate all over the world. By 2030, it’s projected the populations in China and India will have the same diabetes growth rates as the US.

When we turn to the mind and mental illness, there is now evidence the more affluent we become the higher the rates of depression.

Most people aspire to live in the richer nations and copy their lifestyles. It’s becoming increasingly clear that eating highly processed foods, large amounts of meat and living a fast paced lifestyle is making people in developed nations physically and mentally sick.
