August 2014 – Playful Art of Dancing
This month we are being entertained and engaged with the playful art of Dancing Life with BIODANZA.
Biodanza is an invitation to dance with Life… fully, intensely, joyfully! Originating in South America, this uplifting fusion of music, movement and genuine connection is being embraced around the world as a path to new ways of living and relating.
“Biodanza was exactly what I had been looking for – freestyle, intuitive, reaching deeply into my being . . Realizing and experiencing deep connection between physical movement and state of mind .. . . A truly liberating experience!”
Kate Clement will be hosting the session. Kate has passion for dance, community and life, she facilitates Biodanza, a system of dance and movement inspired by the rich tapestry of life within ourselves, each other and the Bigger Life. For 16 years she lived in Africa and conducted Biodanza classes and workshops for the public as well as on meditation retreats, in schools, companies and community organisations.
Now she lives in Sydney and is one of the pioneers bringing Biodanza to Australia and is Director of the Biodanza School of Australia, training Biodanza facilitators.
She is going to give a talk and an experience of Biodanza – the Dance of Life. Biodanza links Science Art and Compassion through movement.
“What we have seen over 40 years of researching Biodanza is that when people dance in connection, they are happier, kinder, more healthy and confident in life.”
You’ll also be served with the delicious organic treats from Angie Gluten Free as well as I AM Infusion Teas.

July 2014 – How too beat Food Cravings & Addiction
This month we are looking at how the love of food can become a craving and even an addiction! How do we know when this occurs and how to address it.
Robyn Chuter will share some of her experiences from her 20 years practice as a naturopath, counselor and EFT therapist. She specialises in helping people overcome emotional eating, food addiction and poor body image, so they can make friends with their bodies, have a healthy relationship with food, lose weight effortlessly. has come up with some questions we can ask ourselves, just to check in.
